ABOUT

Mackenzie is a multi-subject photographer, focusing on sports photography. She is currently in her final year of college at The University of North Texas working on her BFA in Studio Art with a Concentration in Photography, along with minors in Business Marketing and Art History. Since her freshman year at UNT, she has been a Creative Content Intern with UNT Athletics/Mean Green Sports as a Sports Photographer.

Photography has surrounded Mackenzie for as long as she can remember. Her mom would carry a camera around with her everywhere they went. Whether that included walks to the park, the zoo with her cousins, or even just hanging out in the backyard with her family. Those experiences alone brought Mackenzie closer to what she wanted to pursue in her career. Years down the road, she started photographing football when she was in middle school because of her older brother who played the sport. From there, her love for sports photography grew.
